Great news! The Kansas City Health Department will be at Guadalupe Centers Middle School on Thursday, March 12th, 2026 from 4:00–6:00 PM during Parent Teacher Conferences!

✅ This opportunity is ONLY for Guadalupe Centers Middle School students.
They’ll be offering vaccines for students who need them before next school year.

📝 Consent forms will be sent home on Friday, February 27th. Please return completed forms by March 6th to Nurse Alanna or bring them with you to conferences.
