Last Friday, GCCS 5th grade students took a field trip with @guadalupecenterskc to the @kansasspeedway, with the @NASCAR_FDN 🏁 The 5th graders had the opportunity to compete in various relays and meet driver @taylorgray17_ Thank you for joining us, Taylor! The students spent the week preparing for the trip by competing in a Step Tracking Challenge with @ksdtcpa Our top steppers won $100 gift cards for new shoes. Thank you, @ksdtcpa! At the event, the students were surprised by @toyotaracing with brand new bikes! Thank you, Toyota Racing, for this wonderful gift! 🎉 This week, 18 students from Guadalupe Centers High School participated in the Kansas City Bizfest Scholarship Competition! 🎉 KC BizFest is a four-day intensive training event that focuses on helping students turn hobbies and skills into profit-making ventures, establish entrepreneurial and leadership goals, create plans for business and life, and become effective leaders and team players.

🎉Check out this amazing team!! Our FACE Coordinators, Social Worker and Student Support Coordinator collaborating at Harvesters to continue to offer food pantries at each of our schools. Thank you for all you do for our schools! 🎉
