Aztec families! GCHS will be coming to the middle school to sell chips with cheese. These will be $2 for chips and $3 for chips with cheese. Please remind your student to bring cash only!🧀 Familias aztecas! GCHS vendrá a la escuela secundaria para vender papas fritas con queso. Estos serán $2 por papas fritas y $3 por papas fritas con queso. ¡Recuérdale a su estudiante que traiga solo efectivo!🧀

Attention Aztec families! HCA will be hosting a Free Heart Health Clinic and will be offering free flu shots to the first 100 people! HCA will also be offering a variety of resources at the clinic! ¡Atención Familias Aztecas! ¡HCA organizará una clínica gratuita de salud cardíaca y ofrecerá vacunas contra la gripe gratuitas a las primeras 100 personas! ¡HCA también ofrecerá una variedad de recursos en la clínica!

Student-led conferences enable students to discuss their progress, set goals, reflect on their learning, foster self-awareness, responsibility, accountability, and confidence. You must bring your students for a successful conference. Families will receive NWEA scores, WIDA testing, and grades from their students. Incentives will be announced soon! See you all there! ¡Familias aztecas! 🎃 Las conferencias de padres y maestros están a la vuelta de la esquina. Las conferencias serán dirigidas por estudiantes. Aztec families! Here is a recap of October so far! We have been celebrating so many exciting things this month! Spirit week and door decorating contests for Hispanic Heritage Month is definitely two of the activities the kids have been enjoying! 🌟⚽️ Kickin’ It for Spirit Week! ⚽️🌟 As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, our kids are showing off their spirit in style! 🎉 This week, some of the boys soccer team is buzzing with colors, traditions, and a whole lot of fun as our young athletes participate in Spirit Week! 🌟⚽️ ¡Pateando por la Semana del Espíritu! ⚽️🌟 Mientras celebramos el Mes de la Herencia Hispana, ¡nuestros niños muestran su espíritu con estilo! 🎉 ¡Esta semana, algunos miembros del equipo de fútbol están llenos de colores, tradiciones y mucha diversión mientras nuestros jóvenes atletas participan en la Semana del Espíritu!

📚🎃 Hallow-Read is Here! 🎃📚 We are thrilled to announce our Hallow-Read competition starting October 1st and running through October 31st! This is a fun, independent reading challenge where students can dive into their favorite books and log their reading minutes on Beanstack. 🏆 Prizes: The top readers will have a chance to win amazing tickets to Legoland, Main Event, and KCWheel! Let's encourage our students to read and help us reach our school-wide goal!
