Our 8th grade middle school students recently had the exciting opportunity to visit the high school and experience what awaits them in the years ahead. The visit was designed to help students feel confident, informed, and excited about their transition to high school, while giving them a firsthand look at the high school life.
High school student leaders played a key role by guiding the 8th graders throughout the day, answering questions, and helping them feel welcome and at home. They shared what it’s really like to be a high school student from classes to daily routines and hearing it directly from current students made the experience more relatable and less intimidating for them.
The middle school students walked the halls, tried new things, and got a real feel for what high school has to offer. The visit highlighted the importance of building relationships and feeling connected within the school community.
Our high school can’t wait to welcome these future scholars and continue fostering Comunidad, Conexión, and Corazón as they take the next step in their educational journey.
